Proof
There is no case study on this page yet, and that is deliberate rather than an oversight. Here is the standard a number has to meet before we publish it, and what is coming.
The rule we hold ourselves to
We do not publish a number we could not defend to a skeptical practice owner sitting across a table. Not a rounded-up percentage, not a range with the method left out, not a result we cannot tie back to something you could verify yourself. A page whose whole promise is reporting you can trust cannot afford a soft claim on it.
What will appear here, and when
Market-level measurement
Being builtWhat the five gaps actually look like across independent practices, drawn from a sample of the market rather than from our own clients. This needs no permission from anyone, because nothing in it identifies a practice. It is the first proof that will appear here.
Anonymized findings from real engagements
Available on a callWhat we found, what we closed, and what moved, with the practice not named. We will walk you through these on the fifteen minutes today. They go on this page as we get sign-off to publish them in writing.
A named case study
Waiting on written consentA practice named, with a number they are happy to stand behind publicly. This needs their written permission, not a verbal nod, and it needs a figure we can both defend. We would rather this page stay thin than put up a testimonial nobody checked.
In the meantime the honest offer is the one on the rest of this site: let us measure your practice and show you your own numbers. That is proof you do not have to take our word for.
