What we collect

Two forms on this site collect information, and only what you type into them.

The gap review form asks for your name, practice name, email address and, optionally, a phone number, practice website, the number of locations you run, and a note about what is frustrating you. The gap report form asks for your practice website and an email address.

Both forms also record which page you submitted from, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source and its siblings), so we know which of our own materials brought you here.

Where it goes

A submission is emailed to help@clix.co and posted into a private channel in our own Slack workspace. That is the whole journey. It is not added to a mailing list, not enriched by a third party, and not sold or shared with anyone.

There is currently no database behind these forms. If both delivery channels fail, the form tells you so and asks you to email us instead, rather than pretending the request arrived.

Analytics

The site is instrumented to record when someone starts the self-check, finishes it, and submits a form, but no analytics service is connected yet, so nothing is being collected or sent anywhere. When that changes, this page changes with it, before the container goes live.

Cookies

None set by us. Campaign parameters are held in your browser’s own session storage and are gone when you close the tab.

Getting it removed

Email help@clix.co and ask. We will delete the message and the Slack post, and confirm when it is done.
